📦 Processing Times

 

 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email.


🚚 Shipping Times

 

We ship within the U.S. only (for now). Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

       *   Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
       *   Priority Shipping: 3-7 business days

       *   Holidays not included


Note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


💲Shipping Costs

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised when available.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

If you don’t receive tracking within 5 days, please contact us at theloosemooseprints@gmail.com


❗ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

 

We are not responsible for:

       *  Delays caused by carriers

        * Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”


If your package is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours and include photos for faster resolution.

 


📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
